Delete your Fleet Brainz account.
You can delete your Fleet Brainz account yourself, in the app. This page explains how, what is deleted at once, and what your company keeps.
How to delete it

In the app
Open Fleet Brainz and go to Settings (drivers: the Me tab; guests: the bottom of your page), then Delete my account. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Or ask your company administrator
Your administrator opens Users & Roles, picks you, and chooses Delete user. The result is the same.

Or, if you cannot sign in, email us
Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Fleet Brainz account”, from the email address of the account. We confirm with you and delete it within 30 days.
A company owner’s account is closed together with the company account: owners contact support at [email protected].
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and job title
- Your password — the account can never be signed in to again
- Your sign-in sessions on every device, and the phones registered for notifications
- Your two-factor (authenticator) secret
- Your consent records — a driver’s agreement to selfies and location
- Your phone’s location points, sent by the driver app while on duty
- Your attendance selfies, deleted from storage
- Your assistant briefings, and the assistant settings saved on the device you delete from
- The permissions and guest access (vehicles and dates) set for your account
What is kept, and for how long
Records of work you did for your employer
Trips, fuel events, problem reports and attendance results (without the selfie) are your company’s business records. They stay with the company while it uses Fleet Brainz, and where they name your account they show “Deleted user”.
Your company’s driver profile
If you are a driver, the profile your company keeps about you — CNIC, licence, photos, identity documents — is the company’s HR record and stays until the company deletes it. Ask your employer. When it does, those details, documents and photos are deleted and the profile reads “Deleted driver”.
Security audit entries
The record of what was done in the company’s account stays, as its security record, with your name and email address replaced by “Deleted user”.
Invoices, billing and support
Invoices and billing records are the company’s, not personal data. Complaints raised with Fleet Brainz support from the company’s account stay with the company as they were written.
Backups
Backups made before the deletion are not edited. They are kept only to restore the service after a failure and expire on the backup schedule.
