Six things that cost a fleet money. Six answers.

Fleet Brainz is not sold as a GPS tracker. It is the platform that turns tracking, fuel, drivers and trips into decisions — starting with the problems every Pakistani fleet owner already knows by name.

FUEL LOSS

Catch the diesel leaving the tank

Two sensors per vehicle, a detector on each tank, and a refill that has to match the pump slip. A sharp drop while parked is flagged for review within the reporting interval, priced at the day’s pump rate, and pinned to a location.

Fuel monitoring →
IDLE TIME

See the hours the engine runs going nowhere

Idle detection per vehicle, a stop count per day, and an assistant you can ask “kaunsi gaari sab se zyada idle rahi?” — the answer names the truck and the yard.

GPS tracking →
TAMPERING

Know when someone touches the tracker

A hidden second unit on the vehicle. When the primary goes silent while the hidden one still reports movement, that is a tamper alert — not a coverage gap.

Hardware →
PAPERWORK

Never run an expired permit through a checkpost

Registration, fitness, insurance, token tax and route permits for Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, KPK and ICT on file, with reminders at 30, 15 and 7 days. Driver licences and CNICs too, masked in every list.

Documents →
PROFIT

Know what each trip actually made

A trip is a journey; each round inside it — import, export, return — carries its own party, freight and expenses. Revenue flows through to profit per vehicle and per month without a spreadsheet.

Trip management →
ANSWERS

Get the answer without opening five screens

The assistant answers from live data in Urdu or English, by voice or text, and suggests what to ask next. It looks things up; it never changes anything.

A day on the console

Six things the platform caught between dawn and midnight on a Karachi–Hyderabad–Sukkur run. Illustrative: the plates are from our demonstration fleet, and detection thresholds are set per company after installation.

  1. 06:40
    ATTENDANCE

A selfie check at the Hyderabad yard

TLA-1025’s driver gets a random attendance check. The phone rings until he answers with a live selfie; it lands in the office with the time and the place.

  2. 08:15
    GEOFENCE

    JW-4472 leaves Port Qasim late

The exit from the port zone raises an alert, and the dispatcher sees on the trip that the first drop at Hyderabad will slip.

  3. 11:30
    REFILL

A refill waits for its slip

A sharp rise in the primary tank while parked at a pump on the M-9. The console names the pump from the location and asks for the slip; the slip says 10 litres more than the sensor saw, and that difference goes into the pump’s trust score.

  4. 15:05
    OVERSPEED

    92 km/h in an 80 zone

A route geofence on the Sukkur leg carries its own speed limit. The overspeed lands on the driver’s record and in the safety score, not just in a log nobody reads.

  5. 19:20
    DOCUMENT

A fitness certificate, seven days out

KUL-786’s fitness expires next week. Reminders went out at 30 and 15 days; this is the last one before the truck would meet a checkpost with lapsed papers.

  6. 23:50
    FUEL DROP

    Forty litres, ignition off

The spare tank on TLB-6647 drops while parked at a roadside stop. The event carries the litres, the tank, the place, the time and the rupee value — and waits for a person to check it against the slip and the driver’s account in the morning.
