Questions
Is the hardware included?
No — trackers, fuel sensors and SIMs are quoted separately, because fleets buy them in very different quantities. A Teltonika FMC125 with fitting and a data SIM is the usual starting package; a fuel sensor is an add-on per tank.
What happens if a subscription lapses?
Tracking continues through the grace period, and reminders run from day one to day sixty before anything is suspended. Suspension does not delete your records — they are there when the account comes back.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa against a monthly or annual invoice; card payments on request.
Does it work in Urdu?
The console runs in English or Urdu, with plates, figures and coordinates kept readable. The AI assistant answers in either.
