The terms, in plain language.
These terms describe what the platform provides and what we ask of the fleets that use it.
The service
Fleet Brainz is a subscription fleet management platform: vehicle tracking, fuel monitoring, trips, drivers, documents, maintenance, alerts, reports and an AI assistant, accessed through the web console and the Android app.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly or annually per the pricing agreed on your invoice. Hardware, installation and SIM data are quoted and invoiced separately. Overdue accounts receive reminders; service may be suspended after the notice period, and history is retained for reactivation.
Hardware
Trackers and sensors are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty. Dashcam and live audio are not part of any plan; they are a separate paid add-on that needs camera hardware. Detection thresholds — including fuel theft thresholds — are calibrated on your vehicles after installation, and readings are indications from sensors, not proof of any person’s conduct.
Your responsibilities
Keeping your users’ credentials secure, assigning roles appropriately, informing drivers that vehicles are tracked and obtaining any consent the law requires, and using the engine cut-off control only on a parked vehicle and in accordance with the safety confirmations the platform requires.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and maintain the platform to that end, but positions depend on tracker hardware and carrier coverage outside our control.
Liability
The platform supports your operational decisions; it does not make them. The AI assistant answers questions from your data and can be wrong, so check anything important on the relevant screen. To the extent permitted by law, Fleet Brainz is not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the information it presents.
