Fuel monitoring

Seventy-one litres, twelve minutes, engine off.

Diesel is one of the largest lines on a fleet’s books, and the easiest one to lose. Fleet Brainz watches every tank, every refill and every pump — and says what it saw, so you can act on it.

Two tanks, two sensors

Primary and spare are monitored separately. Fuel leaving the spare while the primary reads normal is exactly the case a single-tank system misses.

A drop is a reading, not a verdict

The engine reports what the sensor saw — 71 litres gone in twelve minutes, parked, ignition off — with the place and the time. The pump slip decides the rest.

Refills, verified

A refill is matched to the pump the vehicle stopped at. Enter the slip; the difference builds a trust score for that pump over time.

Priced at the day’s rate

Each pump carries its own daily diesel rate. Fuel cost is litres times that rate, on that day — never a flat figure typed in once.

Efficiency you can rank

Kilometres per litre by vehicle, by driver and by route, so the truck doing 2.8 km/L on a run the others do at 4 stands out.

Thresholds set per company

Every detection threshold is a per-company setting, calibrated on your real sensors after installation — not a number baked into the software.

From a sensor reading to a flagged drop

A suspected theft points at a person, so the platform is careful about what it claims. This is what happens between the sensor and the alert.

  1. 1

    Every report, every tank

Each tracker report carries a level for the primary and the spare tank, read from its own sensor.

  2. 2

    Checked against your rules

How many litres, over how long, with the ignition off or the vehicle parked — thresholds your company sets.

  3. 3

An event with a place and a price

Litres, tank, location, time and the rupee value at that day’s pump rate, on the map and in the fuel log.

  4. 4

    The right people hear

An alert in the console and on the Android app, with the trace that shows the drop.

  5. 5

    A person decides

Checked against the slip, the driver and the route before anyone is accused. A reading is evidence, not a verdict.

Refills, verified against the slip

  1. 1

    Refill detected

A sharp rise in a tank while the vehicle is parked.

  2. 2

    Pump recognised

The location is matched to the pump in your list, with that pump’s rate for the day.

  3. 3

    Slip entered

The driver or office enters the slip’s litres and amount, or confirms the reading.

  4. 4

    Trust builds

The difference between slip and sensor is kept per pump, so the pumps that short you stand out.

What the fuel screens show

  • Current level of every tank, and both tanks combined
  • Theft and refill events, per tank, with their traces
  • Consumption by vehicle, by driver and by round
  • Idle fuel burn — the diesel spent going nowhere
  • Pumps with their daily diesel rates and trust scores
  • Manual entries from a pump slip or a known incident
